SUMMARY:Drive-It-Day- Peak Run 2026
DESCRIPTION:To celebrate Drive-It-Day 2026\, we thought we would bring back an old favourite at the same time for our anniversary year. \nThe Peak District Run’s routes will be used to create a Drive-It-Day experience that will be fun for all the family. \nStarting off at Surprise View\, we will take a driving tour along the Peaks. We will stop at Cromford Mills and have a tour of this fascinating museum which our members because it blends engineering heritage\, innovation and industrial history with the same pioneering spirit that defines classic Porsche ownership. \nWe will then take another scenic tour and\, as is tradition on these tours\, have a fish supper in the “Seaside Town Miles from the Sea”- Matlock Bath. \nThe tour is always a fun one but this year\, showcasing this marvellous car’s brilliance\, it would be great to get loads of us out for Drive-it-Day and celebrate with the rest of the classic community.

SUMMARY:Virtual Car Show
DESCRIPTION:Winter months mean we don’t get the chance to show off our cars. Never fear\, our Virtual Car Show is the chance to talk about your cars (924s or otherwise) from the comfort of your driveway or garage. Alternatively you can come along and have a chat and learn a bit more about others’ pride and joys. \nWhat? \nThe chance to show off your car\, have a chat and catch up with friends. Each member can choose to present their car or cars and they don’t have to be 924s. If they’re interesting to you\, we’ll be interested. The presentations can be live videos\, using your device on Teams to explain about your car and show us the details. We use Teams for this\, allowing you to show presentations or live stream you talking about it. Don’t worry about it being professional\, just treat it like you were explaining about your car to a friend. \nWhere? \nDriveways and garages at your house. \nWhen? \nSunday 25th January from 1pm onwards. Often these can last a while so feel free to dip in and out. \nSee the forum post here for more information \n  \n

SUMMARY:Night Rider Run
DESCRIPTION:One of the best things about 924s are those pop-up headlights.  Screaming 80s like a dodgy mullet\, they bring out a smile every time you use them.  On the Night Rider Run you get to use them properly; as you will be driving as dusk falls. \n  \nFurther details can be found here.
