Excellent, I keep on meaning to get the kit together to do these.

Don't know why she gave up on the power tools after she greased the rod, it must have been painful setting all four bearings by hand using threaded rod, it might be easier to tap them in with a plunger.

Hi Guys,
I've done this, the secret is to keep the thread on the rod well lubricated, especially as you pick up the last bearing and the resistance builds up, I used an air gun to turn the rod.
I have a brand new set of the inserts that go in the bearings, I got them from the states before I striped mine and didn't need them, message me if you need them.
