Thanks for putting the photos up, great to see them and my daughter finally finishing her HUGE portion of sausage and mash :food: it was a good night and we had a lively conversation going on at our table. Just one problem, I am terrible with names but never forget a face. does anyone recognise the two gents that were sitting with me and Isabella :?: it would be good to keep in contact and find out how the cars are progressing. looking forward to the next get together

Must be the look of "what you have you put in my pint?"

It is! And I'm a sucker for the early colour scheme. I never managed to meet you, amongst many others, including Max! Hope you didn't mind me opening your door, but you left it unlocked, and surely this is safe a place as possible?

Thomas - great opportunity to find out even 1% of your knowledge. Congratulations on cheating a Romanian. But it was special Porsche bread.

Fantastic shots - although I look a bit 'special' in most of them!! (And would have had a shave if I'd known I'd be in the presence of hero's - the GTR and pair of GTS!)

That pic of Sharon is future caption competition fodder, je donc!

Yes, our table was dominated by Izzy's food mountain - where she put that chocolate pudd I don't know! After much Mclaren banter/Alonso and Dennis bashing, we settled down to sharing obscure musical tastes - anyone for the Au Pairs first LP??! Hope your trip back to Inverness was trouble free.

More socials please...

Thankyou mrkawasaki, 10 hours later we finally got home sunday afternoon. Had a great day and a great evening, really enjoyed the banter at the table. I think there needs to be a few more social events up this end of the country, don't mind driving 4-5 hours but the 10 hours just killed me and would probably have killed the 924!! did you get your steering wheel sorted as I still have the one I removed with the boss adapter?

Hi charlieclyde
I knew Neil aka Mrkawasaki would get our picture on the forum with the hand up the t shirt
As you said a good day and night was had by one and all . It was great meeting you guys
very entertaining indeed even meet someone who actually bought the au pairs first album
How are the cars progressing anywhere near finished . I'm hoping to go to Brooklands on
Saturday as I'm only 5 minutes away only having problems with the rear breaks should be
sorted though . Hopefully there will be a meet where we can all get together again
Tony aka cruiser1962
