Afternoon all, I have a square dash 944 with a busted front valance, and I'm thinking about fitting a fiberglass 924 CGT front bumper from Club Autosport. The guys there have confirmed it will fit around the front wing - but are the mounting brackets the same?

Also, are 924 sidelight/indicator clusters interchangeable with 944 Lux items? The 944 items have a trim around them but are they the same underneath?

Cheers!

Hi. I have a clubautosport front bumper (S2 type not cgt) but there were no mounting points on it! I bought it new off eBay so I don’t know if would come with brackets but there were no holes for them etc. It was a massive job to make it fit with nice panel gaps. I would suggest you ask for photos of the mounting points on the panel before you pay for shipping or better still go and inspect it! They are good value but often reported to need work to fit.

As far as I know the lights are the same, but the 944 bumper is different so it accepts the surround but a 924 bumper won’t (tried to fit them on mine before buying the S2 front.

Cheers, John.
