If you haven't, download the Porsche PET catalogue for your model. Having the part number helps massively when searching.

Also, Porsche are always the best place to ask first for these sort of things. Getting to know the parts guy in an OPC makes life easy. I just e-mail the parts numbers and they check them for me when they have a spare moment.

If you don't have a good OPC near you, the three best I've used are:

Solihul
Portsmouth
Bolton
Exeter.

Managed to get my closest Porsche dealer which is Stockport to order the mirror gasket plus some rather expensive windscreen clips too. Thanks guys for your help.

The windscreen clips are notoriously expensive. Many other parts aren't. Don't let it put you off. Rubber parts and other degradable items really should be bought new.
