924S participated in a classic car/flower show annual event today . Some nice cars , 2 tv channels were there and both filmed the 924S , who know i might see the guards red on tv tonight  ! Some nice cars there, couple of 356s, Jaguar E types and some very early MG, Rolls Royce, Morgan cars. Lovely weather , over 30 deg C , proved too hard for some of them old cars and there were quite a few breakdowns along the way/ 15mile urban parade in the municipality of Kifisia in Athens

George,

interested in your 1988 924S - I have the same year and same colour with the plate E924 FLB.

I understood that AFN used the model number in the plate for demonstrator models. Would you know anything about that?

Very best,

Martin Skeet

Hello from a very hot Athens

No idea for model numbers in the plate used for demostrator models... Errr what is the AFN? I left the UK in early 08 and dont recall what AFN stands for :violin:

My 924S was first registered in early October 1987 and has the M44.09 160bhp unit , came with comprehensive service history and MOTs but no documents or info as such reference being a demostrator model....
