I cleaned up the contacts on my fuel sender yesterday. The top of the tank is a satin black texture finish. Is that the same as you've seen on the sills?

Lovely pictures ! I am actually also on the look out for a decent set of 4 floor mats in red to brighten up interior i think they make quite a difference. couldnt find anything on ebay though....

Did you ever resolve the fit issue with the mats you bought from Werk 924?
Theirs are the closest to original I think as they have the metal retaining brackets and fasteners . Did they have the woven logo?

I have bought various parts ( cloth anthacite for all seats, original electric antenna and these carpets) from werk924 BUT on these carpets things didnt go as well i must say  . i sent the exact dimensions which they then sent to the factory /company that makes them ( OEM ) but after various emails and a couple of call nothing happened . i had them retrimed here for a small cost at a specialist and they look perfect with their original porsche fasteners etc. I have given up trying to get a drivers' one from them even though i said i am happy to pay ( !) for a right one . perhaps you will have better luck than me !!!! i have shorted them mind you and they do look very good. no porsche woven logo on them

i have sent them another email just now you reminded all this... :hope:

amazing the switch cost £10.92 from OPC, the ducting tube came off the dash I bought, so if any one sees a car being scrapped get hold of this ducting as it is obsolete it goes to the side vents, and it is original plastic corrugated
