Service finished, and steering shaft fitted, in plenty of time to get to retro rides at the weekend, you just know something will break down before sunday, when I'm this organised

They work well with the car.
A bit too much rubber for tarmac rallying IMO..but if its bumpy tarmac it makes sense :)

THe tyres are just the ones that came with the wheels so I was going to run them off for a few months on the road until I need to change them for an event at 205/65 they are a bit big but they fill the arches without needing to lower it for Retro Rides show

Its in bits again, the exhaust has been blowing for a while, so after a morning with the little one driving round ATS, Kwik-fit etc being told "we are not allowed to fit customers own items" I decided to do it myself

I was impressed how easily it came apart, I was expecting a 30+ year old car to be rusted to oblivion, but every bolt came off easily and after a bit of riggling around under the car the old pipe dropped off without any major probs

however the mounting bracket was even more knackered than I already thought it would be, so thats up for a rebuild before the new system goes back in
