Hello Dear All
I would like to say hello from Poland and share my 924S with You

It is 1987 model year Stone Gray metallic.

I have it since 2006 and it is never ending project

Hope You like it and thank You all in advance sharing Your thoughts.

It was Germany delivered car. Equipped with front and rear sway bars, sport steering wheel, sunroof, electric mirrors, Porsche script seats.

I made some mods to it...

Regarding upper photo I will start write few words regarding engine.
I am finishing my total engine rebuild at the moment. Waiting for rolling road set up to finish and confirm numbers.
My rebuild was done on M44.07 engine which received factory first oversized pistons from M44.09. Block was machined on Sunnen system. I fitted piston cooling jets from 968 just because everything was apart. Crankshaft was changed for 944S2 part together with custom Pauter rods to fit stroker motor. Crankshaft was also mildly lightened and balanced together with SPEC aluminum flywheel. Cylinder head was CNC machined to optimize flow together with bigger new inlet valves from 2,7 engine. For camshaft I selected Jon Milledge Engineering S3-14 mid cam with new lifters. On exhaust side Stahl header was sourced from Racers Edge. Intake manifold was cut and optimized. All mounting points of head and headers were P&P. Throttle body was enlarged and also matched to headers. For taking everything together and managing it I opted for Tom’s Augtronic system with wasted spark plugs and ANSU injectors. New engine wiring harness let me be sure electrical gremlins shouldn’t bother me. For taking 10W60 Porsche Classic engine oil under control 944S2 oil cooler with thermostat housing was used with self made AN fittings and lines. All other things that were done included new belts, rollers and all new gaskets, sealing rings plus boots & nuts etc. engine was run-inn on Millers CRO 10W40. I think I covered all major things that were done. What was my goal one would ask? I wanted to have tuned 8V instead of just swapping 944S2 engine... my goal was to reach 200hp. Did I? Will see... Sorry for my English and I apologize for chaos but hope You like “my way”
I promise to put some pictures from my build but have to change from phone to laptop in free time.

For gearbox I wanted to use 944S box because it is nearly the same ratio but made on Turbo parts plus we fitted 944TS limited diff. All syncros and bearing were replaced. We also fitted custom made tranny cooler based on factory oil pump. For gear switching I really enjoyed parts from Shark Motorsport from Germany. Short shifter and sport shifter are excellent.

Chassis.

Nothing major...
I used at front axle 944T early hubs and spindles with 944T small 4 pot brakes. Shocks were new 968 M030 parts with H&R racing springs 2,5”. Powerflex bushes and 30mm sway bar. Upper and lower brace from Shark Motorsport

At rear there are still torsion bars new 25,5mm with new 968 M030 shocks with helper springs and 20mm sway bar.

I really like 16” rims 7 & 8 Telephones dials.

I will change or add some things in future but have to wait for that.

Interior

I removed carpets and fitted OMP seats, steering wheel, harness and roll cage.

I really like the feel of RS or CS in my car.

Some nice EFI mods going on there. Can you tell us more?

Edit: Now I see you have, not sure if I completely missed that or it was added later
