Hi All I am reluctantly selling my 1983 project. VCN 347Y, Leigh previously owned this car and Karl Rossin (The Colonel) before that. They can probably tell you a lot more about the car than I can. The comments below are as honest as I know but feel free to ask previous owners (if they dont mind) about the car.

I have a road registered 924 race car now for 70s road sports and due to space mainly (2 car driveways and neighbours dont welcome 4 cars) and a lack of time/money to do what id planned I am moving the car on.

The car has just failed an MOT, image attached but it drives great, a vibration through the wheel at 60mph+ was all that was noticeable but from the test it looks like it needs a rolling road too? It has driven faultlessly for me with no other issues.

The cars bodywork needs work, i started to remove the vinyls (sorry Karl) with the intent of sorting some of the dints and getting it repainted. One thing not listed on the MOT failure is the sunroof leaks. It has aftermarket pascha moveable seats but they will need repairing. All dials work fine, temp regulates well, only issue is the fuel gauge reads slightly higher than it is.

Other stuff the car has (from previous advert)
piper cam
front Poly bushed
vernier pulley
black diamond grooved discs
large throttle body
front strut brace
full stainless steel exhaust
K&N flat air filter with albertos airbox mod
pacet pusher radiator fan
Aftermarket steering wheel
Aftermarket radio

Forgive the images I will get it washed and valeted inside before sale, our last trip in it was to Talacre beach a few weeks ago and ive not had a day free since, i just wanted to get something up today. Ive done around 1000 miles in it (i think) in the last 12 months and its on 127,248 miles

Any questions please ask. Im offering it up here for £1500, if no interest in a few days ill get it on ebay.

Thanks

Gavin

Where are you located? Have you got a spare set of used shocks to get it through mot so it could be driven back?
