Forms are filled out for this. To get a place this time, they've upped the numbers needed to attend from 10 to 20 cars. When I get the booking code I should know more but as far as I'm aware, if we buy tickets but don't get 20 cars, we just park wherever there is space.

That's unfortunate because it will cause problems for all the smaller clubs.
We are always going to struggle to get that many cars, so in future we can just buy pre-1990 tickets and either park together or spread out a bit

I wish they’d hurry up with the code, we’ve already missed out on the ‘First Flight’ tickets. They have the club listed as attending but then requests the club code to book :dope:

I hadn't realised... That's something to bring up with the organisers. We shouldn't suffer financially because they haven't sent the code

Just got it through. Sorry, they’ve had a change of staff and communication has been a bit hit and miss.

Club is on the drop down options.

Code is case sensitive

For anyone that's wondering, according to Bicester Heritage's Facebook page (14th February) First Flight tickets (50% discount) would be available for two weeks - yet on EventBright's website they already show as "Sales ended".
Also, the listing for Second Flight tickets is missing, leaving the only ticket option available as Final Flight (full price)

Clearly something has gone wrong so I have questioned it on their FB page and emailed the same question to the event organisers. I'll post here when I get a response

When I bought the second flight passes the end date was twenty something of February so it’s not like they’ve ended yet.
