It's the same on their webpage, only full price tickets available. I suspect it's partly down to being a victim of their own success, the April event is always jam packed full, perhaps they are trying to limit numbers by pricing.

Won't get to this one anyway, wife will have just come out of hospital after knee replacement, I will be on gofer duties

For anyone that's wondering, according to Bicester Heritage's Facebook page (14th February) First Flight tickets (50% discount) would be available for two weeks - yet on EventBright's website they already show as "Sales ended".
Also, the listing for Second Flight tickets is missing, leaving the only ticket option available as Final Flight (full price)

Clearly something has gone wrong so I have questioned it on their FB page and emailed the same question to the event organisers. I'll post here when I get a response

When I bought mine, they showed as second flight.

I have to say, it’s quite disappointing the first flight ended so quickly.

You shouldn't have had to buy Second Flight tickets Linda - according to their FB the First Flight shouldn't have ended yet. Second Flight tickets don't even exist on the Eventbright ticket page

A communication breakdown between BH and Eventbright perhaps?

After several emails with BH, it turns out that the FB post was wrong and all tickets are limited by number, not date.

First and second Flight are allegedly sold out. However, we should have two codes:

Promo code: DaisyCutter - when selecting tickets click the blue lettered 'Promo Code' at the top of the page to apply a 25% discount, up until 21st February only!!!

Club code: 924SCRAMBLE - enter this in the booking details page (name, age, club name, vehicle details etc.)

Hi
Count us in on the Scramble .
i've booked in .
Had the the car running up and down yard .1st for 12 months, last bits to finish off.
Why does it take 5or6 times to get all the trim bits fitted correctly? Its like the body has changed shape.
can't wait to get back on the road.
Where are the 924s meeting at the Scramble?

We should have an allocated area amongst the other car clubs so any BH marshal should be able to guide you. That said, it appears that if we have under 20 club cars booked in we may lose that allocated area (I guess it will depend on the number of clubs/cars booked in overall). If that does become the case we can pre-plan meet ups en route to arrive and park together

Please read the copied email I’ve had from Bicester. Sorry
.

To our valued supporters, motoring enthusiasts and community,

Bicester Heritage has been actively monitoring governmental and WHO advice regarding the development of Coronavirus COVID-19 over the past weeks. With a dramatic shift in the global response, it is clear that COVID-19 will have a profound impact beyond our health and day-to-day activity. As a result Bicester Heritage has the made decision to postpone the next Scramble, due to be held on the 26th April, to a new date on the 21st June 2020.

It was our intention to hold the second edition of our Super Scramble at Bicester Heritage on the 21st June, however this event will now be postponed until 20th June 2021, allowing us to hold the rescheduled April Scramble in its place.

The nature of our Scramble and Super Scramble events, attracting more than 6,500 enthusiasts of all ages from across the UK and abroad, means that the postponement of these ever-popular events is the most appropriate decision to take at this time.

Bic ester Heritage is disappointed not to be able to go ahead with the original dates as planned, and we know that the rescheduling of both events will be sad news for the many event supporters who had made plans to attend, both enthusiasts and exhibitors alike. However, we feel that this is the best course of action at this juncture and we look forward to welcoming you to Bicester Heritage on the new event dates.

At this time our offices in The Station Armoury remain open and for the foreseeable future we will endeavour to continue with ‘business as usual’. We wish it to be known that the safety of our event attendees, specialists, exhibitors and traders is of paramount importance to Bicester Heritage and we will continue to closely monitor this unprecedented situation closely.

Scramble Pass Policy

Bicester Heritage wishes to reassure all Scramble Pass holders (purchased for the 26th April) that their current Passes will allow entry to the Scramble on the new date of 21st June 2020. If you would like to login to your Eventbrite account to check your Passes, please click here.

If you are unable to attend the new Scramble date then you are entitled to a full refund. Refunds can be requested up until Saturday 13th June 2020. Should you wish your Pass to be refunded, please follow the steps set out by Eventbrite by clicking here.

On behalf of all at Bicester Heritage, do take care and please ensure that care and compassion for one another remains at the forefront of all our minds.
