Linda and Leigh are going so I can get the Gazebo to them if that's ok with the Vaugnes. Not sure who has the flags .

They're at Silverstone the day before and staying over so I'm not sure they'll be in a position to take any gear for Bicester too

Yes but we might be in two cars yet! We’re okay to bring it as king as it fits in a 924 (or two).

The gazebo is with Andy near Tamworth. Can anyone local collect it and bring to the event and o help me set up early? If not I’ll have to arrange to drive to the Midlands only to bring it back that way again!

I think from Linda's last post, she has said they can take it

If not, I'm more than happy to get it, especially if Andy can get it to Woolie's so I can collect from there. However, I have a rear cage so I'm not sure it will fit in the back of mine. I can unbolt and remove the rear seat back, but the diagonal tube may well be in the way. I'll need the dimensions to check

Either way, I'm happy to arrive early to help with any setting up required

I'll convoy over with you Ed if that's OK and also help with early setup.

It fitted in the back of my race car with my cage so should be ok

Ok, not as big as I expected then.
Are you able to get it to Woolies in the next couple of weeks? Time wise it's a hell of a lot easier for me to collect it from there

Just to throw confusion in having only just caught up with these posts

If needed I can get the gazebo from Andy in Tamworth (and back again) as I'm just up the road from him in Sutton Coldfield. I'm bringing the standard 'S' to Bicester so no cage to worry about.

Looks like it might be sorted but if this helps with efficiency and lowering the faffing about happy to help?

Regards
Daz
